We understand the hardest part of owning pods is the fear that they might get lost, damaged, or stolen.
In order to provide a better experience for all our customers we decided equip each headset purchase with a forever warranty.
Our forever warranty comes free with each purchase and makes it extremely convenient to receive replacements for your lost, damaged, defective, or stolen headset.
Warranty Option 1: Return the damaged or defective headset to us, and we will provide you with a brand new replacement.
Warranty Option 2: If you are unable to return your existing headphones, or wish to keep these headphones, please send us a claim fee of 39 USD and we will provide you with a brand new replacement product.
Please note: WOGALON is not responsible for any return shipping costs.
2.What if the item I received is defective / incorrect / damaged?
If the item you received is incorrect, please contact us within the day of receiving the item. Please provide your order number, product photo and all relevant references. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
3.How long does the return process take?
Processing of returns may take up to 7 business days from the date we receive your return. After processing your return, we will confirm it by email.
4.When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be counted towards your original payment method. If you pay with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 working days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your card-issuing bank for questions about when to credit your account.
If you haven't received a credit for a return, please do the following: Contact your bank / credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
